Isabel Valfigueira is a freelance illustrator, based in Lisbon, who specializes in map illustrations, animal portraits and nature paintings.
Working with traditional materials, Isabel brings her passion for art and the outdoors to life in every line. Her illustrations and maps are detail-focused and hand-drawn.
Born with a passion for doodling and a love for exploring, Isabel found her groove combining her two passions into stunning artworks that transport you to magical worlds. Her maps aren't just for getting around; they're like stepping into a storybook adventure, inviting exploration and discovery as an object of narratives, storytelling, life experiences and special places.
Isabel's drawings of birds, animals, and landscapes breathe life into the page, capturing every detail with a warmth and charm that's hard to resist. Even though she's not a household name (yet!), Isabel's talent speaks volumes, leaving anyone who sees her work totally enchanted.
With her down-to-earth approach and dedication to traditional medium art, Isabel Valfigueira is quietly making her mark on the world of illustration, one delightful drawing at a time.
Isabel is a proud member of Illustrator for hire, a curated group of professional freelancers from around the world.
